Serger 101

Learn how to use your serger.

A serger is a versatile machine for construction and finishing. However it can be very intimidating with all the threads and configurations. Lets take the mystery out of it and start the mastery instead. In this workshop intensive we will learn the basics of serger use, including threading, changing functionality and versatility of use. We will complete 3-4 projects depending on how fast we work through the steps.

It is recommended that you have completed Sewing Level 1 and 2 prior.

Please arrive a few minutes prior to start of class to get yourself set up and situated. 

Course fee does not include fabric allowance. That is an additional charge based on course taken or if you would like to provide your own fabrics, you are more than welcome and please email BewitchingStitchery@gmail.com for list.

For this course you will need the following supplies:

-serger (any accessories and manuals)

- scissors

- pins or clips

- washable pen or marker 

- pencil

- measuring tape 

 -ruler
